Prison Laugh Riot of the Day: Vermont State Police learned an important lesson this week: Don’t task inmates with creating official cruiser decals because they might slip in a pig disguised as a cow spot.
All told, some 60 “special” decals were made over the past couple of years, according to Department of Corrections commissioner Andy Pallito.
The culprit or culprits have yet to be unearthed.
“It is fair to say the quality control will be improved at the Corrections Department and at the Vermont State Police,” said VSP executive officer Major William Sheets. Added State Senate President Pro Tempore John Campbell, ““It’s going to be ‘Where’s Porky?’ instead of ‘Where’s Waldo?”
